I said Drive on the wrong side not overtaking as a manoeuvre, even if the DSA approves it, I still believe it is wrong because you can easily find a junction on your right and do 3 rights and a left or on the left and turn 3 lefts and 1 right to go the opposite direction, or better still, find a roundabout. It is not quicker but it is far safer than that procedure. BTW, I have held a PSV license for over 22 years so I know a bit about driving.

This turn should not be allowed since it is illegal to drive on the wrong side of the road anyway, RTA 1988

@PerivaleBuses By that logic you can't overtake on a single carriage way. This isn't as dangerous as you think. Nothing is going to come up behind him and he has a good view of all oncoming traffic.
