The Black Person NEVER EVER wants to hold himself accountable for HIS OWN ACTIONS. Blacks would rather hold up as "leaders" those who would convince them they are oppressed, thus providing their power to the LEADER, vs. themselves. The VERY FEW times (Cosby) or (Obama) a Black tells a Black about individual accountability, their chosen "leaders" say they deserve to have their NUTS cut off (that's a QUOTE).
