Male says: The train comes. It is not dangerous and do not enter Crossing, please. (x2) Female says: The down train comes. Please wait for a while. (x2) I ask for the railroad crossing accident prevention from the East Japan Railway company. Let's wait in this side when it gets congested launching out into ahead. The down train comes. Please wait for a while. (When the train passes and the bar opens ) Thank you for waiting. *(It becomes male voice for the up train. )

Interesting!
What do the male and female voices say?
Does the volume of the bells and voices decrease when the gates are down?
Thank you for your interesting videos.

@robertgift
the voices say "the train is coming. Don't enter into a crossing." "An up train is coming. Please keep waiting" and so on.

@Matuyama3500 Thank you, Matuyama, for explaining.
Why any voices?
Do people not understand the meaning of the red (o)=(o) and bells and gates?
Why indicate the direction from which the train is approaching?
So sorry for the earthquakes your country is enduring.
I am an American firefighter. I wish I could be there to help.
Thank you.
