  • why does every body turn hostile if someone praises india.. hmmmm poor image projection of a country.. and do you think the american prez (even mr. bush before obama included) are idiots if they are saying all of this..they want to do business.. india is not a loose cannot like china. america is coming closer to india for sustained business and not shot in the dark,.SUSTAINED BUSINESS..

  • Mr Obama is giving the credit of "India" is today...to the political leaders of India, those who has not given anything other than financial scam and dollops of corruption. And most of them has never passed 2.5 class as far education is concerned. Those who listen there own praise by others is a "MORON". And he praised the India for it's innovation of "Zero".......but the innovation of negative numbers by the Indians is more crucial.

  • @subhendu55

But in the end who is responsible for electing these kind of leaders. People should turn and become wise while voting and do not get carried away by the freebies these politicians offer and then later on loot the nation. I suggest that if some one offers freebies take it but while voting use your mind, for the overall betterment of the nation keeping in mind the security issues also. Only education and general awarness can make this happen. A good eg. last time's Bihar election.

  • LOL, the US doesn't have a democracy. Wow, he can really read those telOprompters to kiss a**.

  • democracy, ask the ppl of iraq, afghanistan, what they think of democracy, when they are caught up in a war they didn't ask for. where are their human rights or freedom of speech, when all they asks for is peace. Both China and India have more than enough problems internal. To say that china want to dominate the world is as if saying India want to dominate the world. It is impossible and serves not even the interessts of the countries.

  • I personally do not agree on chinese gov, but at least they pulled more people out of poverty, gave them basic security, education and healthcare. Yes. It's far far from perfect. But who else have done such for so many in history? That alone justify them in my opinion. The same goes for indian gov, who have managed so much for it's people.

  • or china back. They don't care about u, as they do not care about Chinese. The same for tibet or pakistan og kashmir. China and india know it, but still. They both dance when the americans says so.. Indians are gonna take the same jobs, using the same energy source as US, so what's the difference? that India is a democracy? u really think that beeing a democracy means anything in this geopolitical play? that a free elected gov never have been dragged down or blacklisted.

  • I'm not sure if u are right or wrong about china. But I have never had any problem with india nor indians. What I think is wrong, is that u really think that americans wants to really help india. India, as China had suffered enough through history.. Of all the country. They should understand eachother, that none of them will benefit from conflict. The people are those who suffers, not those on the top. Trust me.. When one day India overtake China as the nr 1. in Asia.. US WILL support pakistan.

  • @xql22

Some points that you raised I might agree with you and some not. For eg. what is China doing. Its maintaining good relationship only with military ruling countries and hated the term of Democracy. Now why so ? That's because if the Chinese citizens become cleaver by understanding what is in overall happening around the world then they will question their Govt., they will become wise and demand more salary per hour that they work for. If this happens so then China cannot retain monopoly.

  • @prem73 I think we talk about two different things. On what you've said, I actually do agree. China and India will be competetors, and Chinese gov do have a good relationship with Pakistan, and that does not make the Sino-indian relationship on the political level any easier. I do agree, and I really hope that somehow chinese and indians and coexist without all the war talks.

  • @prem73 I personally have never heard any chinese talk bad about indians, and I have my self huge respect for what the indian ppl have managed. But what I was focusing on was that hypocrisy that keeps coming from the western media. Always saying "the chinese, the chinese". Trying to soar hate against chinese. And seems to me, looking at some youtube channel, that some indians really fall for that. But in the end, someday, when India become more powerfull, they'll do the same to india

  • @xql22

A also agree as to what you also say. From one point of view the average Chinese people are good and should not have problem mingling and co-existing with India since the cultural aspect also do match with India, after all Buddhism is an offshoot of Indian culture. The problem is with the dictatorialship communist governments attitude. China wants to act and dominate in all those countries where chinese cultured people exists something like say USA trying to dominate European countries

  • @prem73 As for feeling surrounded by hostile countries. The same goes for China, as for India. I personally do think democracy will come some day, but It should not go too fast, and should be beneficiel for the chinese. Indians have had democracy for so many years, but still, the general public is missing the same basic needs as many chinese. Democracy can be abused, the only difference is that ppl THINKS, that they matters. The ppl in charge are so much more important.

  • @xql22

Retain the monopoly as the sole supplier to the Globe with products at cheap retes. In fact Indian manufactured products 80% are strudy compared to the Chinese product only difference is we lack in the finishing part of the product i.e the 20% area which India has to improve. Where as Chinese product the finishing is good and this is where that makes another difference. Indian mfgs. should also now concentrate more in the final finishing, look and apperance of the products they make.

  • @xql22

Its only the labour cost that makes the difference. In the next 5-10 years or so if India can manage 15-25% export equivalent to the Chinese global export it will give headache to Chinese Govt. economically. This is where China is fearing India of entering into their dominance monopoly market of Global suppliers, hence behaving in an arrogant manner with India and trying to play mischief with surrounding Indian countries. See the kind of advances India made in its IT Industry.

  • @xql22

This is where Pakistan, Srilanka, Bangladesh, Burma ... etc should think weather China is really helping. India had maintained good relationship with Afganistan which the America did not achieve. It was Pakistan who was not confortable with it because of its melacious interest in Afganistan. India would like to follow the the principles of Panchsheel which China will not like it i.e we will not interfere in your affairs and you dont interfere in ours. Panchsheel is not Gengis Khan ;-)
