If your doing shisha i would suggest using foil on top of the bowl and using coals they are more effective in terms of making the weed last and equal burning, also i wouldnt just do weed i would mix it up with the shisha to help get a thick smoke cloud with a great high. Its just a suggestion though, your way seems great too :)
