Sorry to all the haters, but I believe this girl's voice is real. To sing like this, you have to breathe using your diaphragm, and if you examine intently you'll see her using her diaphragm and none of her throat for support, to give her that wholesome sound. And she always breathes during the logical places, duh.

In certain moments she also takes a different tempo pattern for certain words than the recordings do.
