i kinda agree with the cops in a way. i would hope they random (or in this case maybe not so random) check people with guns to make sure they arent felons.

See, you lost your credibility when you lied to the cops. That wasn't your girlfriend that was pulled over, you just walked up on a random traffic stop. I guarantee if you ever show up at my place of business with a weapon displayed regardless of your rights you will be removed by the police you so hate and issued a criminal tresspass warrant so you can be arrested if you set foot on it ever again. That's MY right.
lol... hes worried about your handgun, but hes following you and tagged you down. now hes worried about his safety. this cop is about as smart as a 10 year old and it's really about his power trip. hes like "you walk up on MY scene" look asshole cop, it's not YOUR scene, it's a scene. get over it. i cant believe they let guys like this have any say over us. its ridiculous.
7:30 when the officer is talking about his safety when the guy has gone to check up on his girlfriend should have asked if the officer carries a gun for his safety why should he not carry a gun to protect himself from the officer?
haha i like how the back up officer goes: Law abiding or not if I ask someone for their id they show it... well most people dont know is that they have the right to not show their id if they had not broken a law. Very good job, very informative.
LOL.....they didn't know what the hell to do......they are like scratching their heads. I live in massachusetts and I gotta say I think these officers were amazingly civil to you (possibly because you had a loaded gun on your hip...lol) In massachusetts it you can not video or record a police officer....it is a serious crime and comes under the states wire tapping laws
@inkey2 are you sure about that? I heard that the wire-tapping law only applies if you are recording them secretly, but if you announce to them that you are recording before hand then it is lawful. don't take it from me, though.
@grav04330 massachusetts has very strict video/audio laws and people have been arrested and upheld in the courts. Go to the site...."ane cameras the new guns" it tells all about what can and does happen in massachusetts. I hate this state
@inkey2 If it's a "law" under a statute, act or regulation it's not a LAW, it's a corporate regulation GIVEN THE FORCE OF LAW and can only be enforced with your consent. Under Common Law you are not held to account under any Acts, Statutes or Regulations passed by Congress and/or Parliament. There are numerous ways they try to deceive you into consenting and you need to learn these fraudulent means of deception for consent. These officers did not gain consent and their hands were tied, they knew
@inkey2 Watch "Bursting Bubbles of Government Deception" and "The Magnificent Deception" to learn how to avoid ANY charges under any Acts, Statutes or Regulations. Includes drug charges, traffic tickets, bylaws, etc. I have twice walked away from the scene free, with my weed, after being stopped for smoking in public. Of course, they tried to get me to consent to being charged but, once they figured out I knew my rights and was operating under Common Law I left free with my weed.
You handled it brilliantly. No detention=no need to show ID. Had he said yes you are detained, then you show them ID, and then say nothing more except to repeatedly ask if you are still being detained.
good job.
