Drought Q&A With California State Legislature

In my 15 years of living in California I've never experienced such a wet, cold couple of years as the past 2 years has been. The last year especially it has rained constantly. These people who still talk about a drought are just politically motivated and trying to steal money from people by raising water rates. They should be ashamed of themselves.
