Who buys a Mac? People who want to do real work reliably, like high-end video editing, audio and photography. Macs aren't meant to be video game toys for kids. You may learn that for yourself some day....
Real work is what you do for a living, or as a serious hobby. MS Office runs fine on the Mac, without the threat of viruses and trojans.
And there certainly are multimedia editing programs out there for the PC. Tried them and I'll pass. Along with lots of people who do this same thing.
Games? Dual boot Windows if you want to play games on a Mac, it's easy. And the bonus is, when you're done playing you turn off Windows and all of its problems and you're back in OSX, all on the same machine.
First off, viruses happen to people who open obviously suspicious emails and run around the internet without antivirus protection.
Real work? Well the different types of real work include the mentioned above, as well as CAD, extensive computing, and yes multimedia. The only one i see truly viable for macs is multimedia, but as for the other stuff? it's a windows world for a reason, even if i'm sure PRICE is important.
games? please. you say boot camp? i say why not use the real thing to start.
Mac aren't for video games your right, and they aren't for any thing at all... If Mac didn't have Final Cut Pro they really wouldn't have anything...
As we all know the only real way any Mac user gets any real work done is when they run Windows... O-ya that right you may have forgot Apple made Boot-camp, and parallels because they needed a way to run Windows ...
And by the way I have any HP computer, and it can run Mac OS... just so know...

Actually.. the apple customer care isn't always that great. it's often "They told me to call you" when you have issues with Mac Stores :P
