In her defense, you do have to have pretty amazing belly/torso muscles to actually perform many of those moves to the extent that she is doing.

I've also noticed that many cultures who practice belly dancing tend to each do it a little differently. I've seen many that have more use of the belly but I've also seen an equal number that make more use of the hips, like this one. So it's still a belly dance, but a different style.
