Yes it is, but I just saw it on the news and this commercial cause a big problem, JC penny's took a big financial hit cause of it. It was seen as promoting teen sex.

The end was changed, at the end it shows the JC penny's logo. Whoever posted this changed it. The orginal one was removed.
