For the purpose of discussion, let's say the population of Earth is evenly split between those who believe and are ready for the truth and those who think it's all fantasy. A good portion of the non-believers are terrified of the prospect and DON'T WANT it to be true. Okay, now let's say the US and other governments come out with the truth. Imagine half the population of this planet all freaking out at once. I'm talking mass hysteria on a scale none of us has ever seen.

Good point ProAdGamer. To think we are the only planet with life on shows a very narrow consciousness. But we are conditioned through life, so that explains peoples reactions to stories like this. Its basically beyond there perception. Space is living mater, it has its own elements of life. So life with two legs two arms etc doesn't seem unfeasible - we are not that important.

All these stories just prove one thing . if you see or find a ufo crash , don't go and report it to the police or military . Call in reporters from the television stations . Take pictures with your digital camera and don't give anyone the pictures until they have been well publicized . Try to take clear pictures if at all possible.

They would be monitoring it the whole time with radar, you would be surprised at how good our radar coverage is. I wouldn't recommend messing with a crash/downed UFO for the dangers of disease, radiation exposure or an explosion. Plus, it wouldn't how good of pictures you had, morons would find a way to dismiss it. Now say if a UFO were to crash into the middle of the Super Bowl, then maybe something would happen then.

I believe aliens do exist from another galaxy we haven't discovered. They have perfected the technology of switching across galaxies, but they haven't perfected the technology of landing in either. My main scepticism is that there has been so many reported crashed of "advanced ET craft" crashing all over the globe quite frequently. Bob Lazar did say in his interview that the craft they have is pretty unstable to fly at low speeds. But surely an advanced race wouldnt build such a poorly engineered interplanetary craft? Even modern day nasa can build more reliable equipment.

If the craft is built for light speed travel, it makes sense that flying them at low speeds is dangerous and not what they are built for. There are most likely different crafts that are built for a slower travelling speed purpose.

Doubtful, they would be/are just as prone to accidents as we are. Their technology is more advanced, but still breaks down. They may not break down say as often as something we may build, but they are still not perfect. I would find it suspicious though that they wouldn't have detected the airplane's course and altered their own. Unless of course they (the E.T.s) were unconscience at the time or their controls stopped responding maybe?
