@PeteRubish1 Yo Pete. What I did to break mine in was to just hang it in awkward positions for a few hours at a time. Really loosens up the belt so it fits better.
@TheRage191 SQUATS and DEADLIFTS first u squat and then you deadlift its the basics of lifting you gotta squat and then u deadlift thats the only way to get jacked and you gotta drink at least a gallon of milk a day

I look into the texas deadlift bar and a lot of people have told me it adds pounds to your deadlift and is easier to lift with. What's your take on this? I've never used one
