Idi Amin was a terrible dictator...but Milton Obete was worse. If it wasn't for the cannibal stories and the Entebbe incident he would have gone largely unknown in the west. There have been plenty of african dictators like Amin,and unfortunately it looks like the future will have plenty more as well.
