  • One thing - I've always heard doctors say that exercising a body part doesn't remove fat from it. That is, if you exercise your stomach, you don't necessarily lose fat from your stomach. You just lose it from where it was last stored. So how the hell will exercising my abs make me slimmer?

  • Guys, this might be a stupid question, but where is the link to the next level? I have been doing this video for almost a month now together with the other one "sixpack in three months" with the same animated guy (with 40 reps on each exercise) and this is simply not enough for me. I mean, I need to do more reps from each exercise and after that I need to do more. Maybe I need to go on the next level but I don't see any level 2 videos.

  • @Acekznova i guess if you do all the exercises properly , you will burn like 60 calories , but the calories that will be used to create the muscles during the days you rest in will be much more than 60 calories :P

  • @Acekznova When you can do the program in the video like it tells you to do , so the recovery time you can only have is 30 seconds no more , and so on :)

  • @mikijuan106 Yes, you should rest one day after the workout because you don't just gain muscles during the exercise you need rest and when you rest that's when you slightly gain muscles

  • @t3ezTHAskater /= I did 300 sit ups everyday /= It didnt really make my abs grow it just made my stomach ALWAYS flat. So I stopped doing that everyday and started doing the 8 min ab workout every other day and after doing that I would do the 300 sit ups.... 2 months of doing that and eating healthy and running/jogging occasionally, youll have a six pack.

  • @iCharmCity410 that's not good though mate. You should let your abs recover and do the excersise every 2nd day or your abs will get small. Just so you know :)

  • @Septxmber for those people that are really out of shape and don't have a strong core (far from it) - it can be really difficult to do these exercises without using your neck to aid you. You shouldn't be so nasty to people.

  • @xDoyle514 it may burn fat ..if ur insulin level is low, and u elevate ur heartrate to 75-85% max FSU - that happens very rare while doing ab exercises...u will strenghten ur core so it may look coller but u will not burn fat

  • @Luiska8888 in case of your neck hurting you make a mistake while practicing the workout. You have to use your abdominal muscles not the ones in your neck to push you up. As I started with that workout I made the same mistake but my sports teacher told me how to do right.

  • @Telij38 Yea my neck always hurted alot (even more then my abs) when i first started doing this but after a while your neck will get use to it. Just be carefull and make sure you're using your abs as much as you can while doing these, other then your neck.

People may appear terrific but, if their self esteem didn't improve, that could develope into (spllng?) anorexia nervousa. VERY challenging to start near holidays.

  • The bicycle crunch is the best abs exercice (for rectus and obliques). So I keep the tempo while doing :

    1. Foot to foot crunch / Bicycle crunch

    2. 4 Times abs / Bicycle crunch

    3. Foot to foot crunch / Bicycle crunch

    4. 4 Times abs / Bicycle crunch.

    A little harder, but works more, and no problem with neck.

    5 Times a week (just before it I do Chest workout level 2).

  • I'm doing the six pack abs works out level 2 because i dont have any fat and each workout is 40 seconds long and recovery is 15 seconds this is only 30 and recovery is 30. If you guys really want results do the how to get six pack abs level 2. The 8 minute workout is the best and i already have my six pack I just use it to keep it ripped. I use to have belly fat but using this video wont help as much as the other video id for me.

  • if it feels like your working your neck, then you might actually be straining your neck. remember, keep your core and abs tight, since thats what you're working out.

    one quick example, during "alternating curls 2/8, you're abs should be "pulling" your upper body off the ground, you shouldn't be pulling your head with your arms
