im gonna dissect the situation here, after officer 1 Failed at restraining the Dude, he called for back up, once the second and third officers arrived, you would think, "okay now he has help, cuff the dude and throw him in the back of the squad car!"

not so, immediately after officer 1 see's officers 2 & 3 they all begin to beat the shit out of the dude, when the other two squad cars pull up notice at 3:53 they pause and see who the later officers are its open season
