I urge everyone to look up RESNET/HERS and its Energy Providers and judge for yourself. See your tax dollars going into the pocket of a giant monopoly.

People pay money to become Energy Raters with the hope of find "green jobs or operate their own business. Unfortunately the system is set up as a monopoly. Energy rater Providers sit at the board of directors and ethics committee. It is a scam, it violates antitrust and cheats the taxpayer.
