Nice relic you got there. I have a little lone bit of paint chipped off on the left side of my Candy Apple Red Jazzmaster, I'm not sure if it would be wise to sand the area around it to get more wear, Will 400 grit sandpaper leave visible marks on a polyurethane finish or damage the exposed wood?

@Raiyne123 Yes you can sand it with 400 wet till it feathers out, then to makeit older looking you can take some stain and give it a more wear look.. Take it easy Pete

I would watch the "wet sanding 101" vids here. Hes got a lot of info to offer and it would help u out in that department to get a better perfection out of the clear. Just an idea. The vids are kinna long, and boring but it's worth the knowledge.
