@AlTarik 1999 was 23-4, 2.07 ERA, only 37 Walks, WHIP 0.92 and had 313 Strike Outs. Probably the finest part of 1999 was the All-Star Game where he struck out the 1st 4 batters in a row, Barry Larkin, Larry Walker, Sammy Sosa, and Mark McGwire. Not to mention he won the cy young award and the pitchers triple crown award. 2000 18-6, 1.74 ERA, 128 hits 32 walks, making his WHIP 0.74 which is the lowest WHIP ever in the history of baseball. He made great hitters look terrible.

@AlTarik Pedro was by far the most dominant pitcher of his generation and would be of any generation. Also he has the best changeup I've ever seen and he's in the 3,000K club which only 16 players have made and Pedro's ranked (right now) 13th for most strikeouts in a career
