I always go a night full of cramps when I used creatine. I have had good success in keeping cramps away during a long cardio work out like bike riding by using a home made energy drink which is one lemon squeezed in a standard bike bottle about 20 oz , and add about a tea spoon of sea salt and a table spoon or two of local raw unpasteurized honey or black strap molasses . I stopped using creatine but who know it might help to use the drink while working out along with creatine to avoid cramps

its really good to switch up your workouts bc that stops your body from getting used to one workout. if you use the same one for too long it will become less effective over time
Grunting is kind of stupid...especially for every rep. You just sound retarded. The only time you should make any noise is if you are doing a 1 rep max or the last 1 or 2 reps of a set. Even then its not really a grunt...more like a growl. Especially don't substitute grunting for good breathing.

It's good you teach how to do this on the cheap, but why not bring in barbell workouts to your vids (have I not seen them?)? It only takes a rack with some weights and a bar to do most anything. People who watch your vids could get a lot from T-bar rows, bench, squat, overheads, etc. etc. Dumbbells are important but barbells are an important addition for completeness.
@scooby1961 Scooby There is a school of thought that says that flys cause the cut line down the center of the chest more then any other exercise and that this cut will weaken your ability to gain chest mass and strength as quick as if you avoid flys and do regular bench presses first to build mass and strength before cuting that line with flys. So skinny people avoid flys until they get chest mass. I think thats what he meant. I also believe this & avoided flys until I was over 315 lb press
- Also - If your a really skinny person I think even Scooby may recomend avoiding the chest flys until you can atleast bench press two 45 pound plates on the bench press bar ten times. Or whatever your personal goal may be, but two 45 lb plates ten times is a good goal for most of the skinnier males to strive for. And a good starting point for mixing in flys if your one of those super skinny types. I was pretty well rounded at 165lb so I went to 315 before doing flys. Good luck how ever u go.

@scooby1961 Scooby There is a school of thought that says that flys cause the cut line down the center of the chest more then any other exercise and that this cut will weaken your ability to gain chest mass and strength as quick as if you avoid flys and do regular bench presses first to build mass and strength before cuting that line with flys. So skinny people avoid flys until they get chest mass. I think thats what he meant. I also believe this & avoided flys until I was over 315 lb press

- Also - If your a really skinny person I think even Scooby may recomend avoiding the chest flys until you can atleast bench press two 45 pound plates on the bench press bar ten times. Or whatever your personal goal may be, but two 45 lb plates ten times is a good goal for most of the skinnier males to strive for. And a good starting point for mixing in flys if your one of those super skinny types. I was pretty well rounded at 165lb so I went to 315 before doing flys. Good luck how ever u go.

Thanks so much for this video, I'd never really seen your other videos where YOU worked out. I'm going to attempt to do the modified dumbell flys in my gym and get some square adjustable dumbells since I threw away my round ones, for my home.
