@JeepRuby101 We say "tear gas" in the title for communication to the average layperson. I think you would obviously agree that most people wouldn't know what "OC" is.

@peaceoftheaction But it's also misleading. OC Vapor is much less invasive to the body. They were given a number of warning. And the reason stuff like this happened is because of the select few that took it too far. As far as what happened at the CMU campus, that was WRONG and it is being investigated as a human rights violation.

Protests have an incredibly low success rate (if any). See Boston Massacre, China, Tibet, Iran, Iraq, Afghanistan, all of Europe, all of Africa--is India really even 'free'? They have a slave caste system. Wake-up sheep.

My thoughts exactly. I support the movement but do not participate in such one sided events. Being prior military and a notable level of intelligence its almost stupid in my mind to go up against an armed military presence with absolutely nothing but hope. Personally I would like to see a sizable force of people with riot gear themselves complete with shields and rubber batons. Then and only then would I participate. Im not one for just waiting around to get my ass kicked

on top of that I can think of only one time unarmed people actually change anything and that was the Iraq Iran war....and even then thousands upon thousands of unarmed Iranians were cut down by machine gun fire before the Iraqis decided ok this is just to messed up and quit.
