  • if i have back problems can i still do this?

  • hott =D

  • im done with insanity week 4 and ive seen changes already

  • your video confuses me :(

  • Hey there - if you did the FULL insanity program then WOW Congratulations! Yeah, the thing about Insanity is that it's not really designed to help you lose weight. It's main goal is to help you improve your cardio vascular health, and in THIS regard, it's INCREDIBLE. If weight loss is your goal, I really recommend p90x, or any other program that incorporates strength training. Don't worry, you won't bulk up! Hope this helps :)

  • @adamgoudreault Yes, I did the FULL program. I did P90X before I did Insanity and it was great in all but required equipment that I didn't have to get the most out of it. I'm not necessarily looking for weight loss, more of losing inches. Insanity gave me what I was looking for. I feel like I'll always be a work in progress just because I love working out. Thanks you!

  • @adamgoudreault

yes it does improve cardiovascular health, but what it does do is increase muscle mass and toning in the areas you use to work out. Increasing muscle mass increases your daily Caloric need, which causes fat loss. Fat loss is the goal, not weight loss.

  • Awesome! You look great!

  • @rubberguardman Thank you!

  • You look awesome girl. I just started insanity last week & I am loving it. I had always done the elliptical everyday, but just maintained. My sister did insanity and lost 75 lbs after having her son & I had to get in on it : )

    PS-fatty haters stop trolling!

  • @AmberMillayMetz did u use shak0logy ? I lose 1 inch the first week but I don't seem to lose any more...

  • @MrBoomSonic I didnt use it but my sister did. She lost 8lbs when she did the cleanse and she didnt gain it back.

Your body type might be different though, like my sister is 5.8" and she was 220lbs --down to 145 in 7 months. But I am 5.2" 130lbs & the max I want to lose is 20 (MAX) which means I probably wouldnt lose that for months... The bigger you are the faster you will lose weight in the first months, but if you are smaller, you cant just melt away like that.

  • @AmberMillayMetz wow thanks you girls are very hot =D

  • @AmberMillayMetz I'm in love with Insanity too! It's a great program that requires you to give it your all to see results. Some people think just because they go through the movements that they will see results. And as we know, that's not the case. LOL! Keep up the great work and thank you!

  • @AmberMillayMetz WOW thats great! i just got insanity and am taking the fit test in about 10 minutes! may i ask, how is your progress? thats so cool, your sister lost 75 lbs in the 60-day program? thats amazing!

  • @supermanbran123 It's not a rip off, Anyone that says it is has NEVER DONE IT!!! Can't keep up or something??? Insanity is the cheapest way to get a bad ass bod! It changed my life!!!!

  • @dumaiztj AWESOME!

  • u look really good

  • @chikidoll Thank you!!!

  • @chefricka what exactly did u eat to help u in this process?

  • @Lossantoscj210 Loads of fruits, veggies, lean proteins, and tons of water. I drank a whey protein shake once a day in between a meal. Whole grain bread and pasta. When I cook, I use olive oil and cut down on salt by using different spices. I hope this helps. :)

  • im sorry but insanity is a rip off. Ive checked every video, and there were no good results out of no one. IF you want a perfect body ( not in 60 days ) but in 30 days, try out passion4profession on youtube.

  • @supermanbran123 I guess lucky for me I wasn't the one who paid for it, lol! I like to try different workouts to stay motivated. I'll definitely check them out, thank you!

  • @supermanbran123 Im someone that does Insanity and I see results. Guess u were lazy and didnt push yourself or something. You should check out some other videos on here about Insanity results.

  • @crumpman85 i didnt say that i dont see results out of me, and i real dont care of doing insanity, cause its a rip off, Now tell yourself, are there actual results that you enjoy seeing? just look at yourself and dont lie because you want to act all strong and stuff. Insanity might work for those who try, but a 60 day workout? isnt that long enough. I have a cut body and abs in , dropped 34 pounds all in a month, all from passion 4 profession. this is no "trolling" or scam. tis work

  • @supermanbran123 If it works how is it a rip off?

  • @supermanbran123 You dont stop at 60 days.. you keep going. & you get better. If you think its a rip off & want to do something for free then go to BodyRock.TV and do those workouts for free. They are hard & you will see results from that!

  • @AmberMillayMetz I totally agree with you. I didn't stop after 60 days. It made me even more motivated to keep going. I'm doing Bodyrock right to mix up my routine and I think it is amazing.

  • I love Insanity! Congrats on your results and keep up the good work! :)

  • @supermanbran123 lol?? fuck off. I used to weight 422 pounds at 6"2. I did 2 rounds of Insanity and dieting and I am now 284 in only 11 months. Not my fault you did 1 day of a workout and expected a six pack in 24 hours. You can also do Insanity and mix in that 8 minute workout you seem to like so much, it doesn't mean Insanity is a rip off dude, because I am proof of it.

  • @WhatsAfterThisPlace Great job with the weight loss! You're right about you get what you put into it. Keep up the motivation!

  • Wow, great results. I'm 21 days into Insanity and already seeing and feeling results. Are you going to do a second round?

  • @stormchasingmikey Thank you and great job yourself on your progress! I'm actually two weeks into my third round, lol! My family has been so busy that last couple of months that I forgot to take pictures after my second round. But I'm not going to forget this time! :) Keep up the motivation!

  • how soon did u start seeing results? and also congrats on your amazing results this has really helped me get motivated :)

  • @spainishgurl Thank you! I started seeing results about a month into it. That's when I noticed my clothes started to get too big, lol! I'm glad I was able to motivate you!!! I wish you the best in your journey. :)

  • How was your diet? Did you follow the Insanity nurtition guide or just eat healthier? Btw, your look great!

  • @msmatron70 Thank you!!! I just used the guide to eat healthier and switched out the stuff I was eating with healthier options.

  • @chefricka Did you use the shakeology? I was just wondering because i don't really have the money to use that, I just want to get the same result but without shakeology

  • @kayllax0x No, I didn't use shakeology. I can't afford it either. :)

  • Amazing results! Thank you for motivation!

  • @perfectteapot Thank you! Stay motivated! :)

  • Hi! Congratulations. Alright so I'm 15 years old (girl) and I used to swim competitively for 5 years... Then I quit because I got over competitive swimming. But we used to do intense dryland and I love to run and I definitely love challenges. Before I buy this, do you think I will be able to do this? Or should I get p90x?

  • @MrAbc2409 Most definitely! The great thing about Insanity is that you go at your level. As you progress, you start to push yourself even harder because you are getting stronger. I like P90X but the downside for me is that it requires some equipment like weights and bands to get the most out of it, which I don't have. P90X was my 1st program and I ended up stopping 2 mo. in because of that. I hope this helps you decide. Both are great and you will be able to do either one. Good luck!

  • Great results! Good job!

  • @PeachesDelicious Thank you!!!

  • I'm gonna be starting Insanity soon. I'm excited and nervous. My main problem is eating right. Any advice on what you ate?

  • @2011babygirlx Good luck with your journey! Before every workout, I would get butterflies because I would get nervous. LOL! I'll admit that I had a few cheat days with my eating habits but, I made sure that I made up for it by making sure that I was digging deep every time. I use the food plan more as a guide to switch out some of the stuff that I was eating with healthier options. Also, I made sure that I am eating more fruits and veggies to keep me full so that I wouldn't want any junk.

  • Great job Sweetheart!

You've transformed your body to have athletic base. The biggest thing with a program like this is to establish that base, then the results really kick into another gear!

That's amazing you where able to do it in 62 Days! I've done it twice and it's taken me at least 90 Days each time because I take "Common Sense Days Off" to let my joints recover. I have an athletic base from college sports so the results have been phenomenal.

    Do another cycle!

    You'll be amazed!

  • @busyrand Thank you! I am almost done with my second round and I agree that the results are phenomenal. I'm in better shape than I have ever been. I'll be posting results of my second round very soon. It is a tough workout but it is so worth it in the end. I know how you feel about taking some days off for joint rest days. I have to do the same things with my knees. Thank you again and I'll be doing this workout for many months to come. :)

  • Great job! I'm pondering doing this here soon and you inspired me! Thank you!

  • @jonandrenee1 I'm so glad that I have inspired you to start this. It's going to be a tough journey but in the end you'll be super happy that you did it.

  • Wow, that's so awesome. I'm tempted to try this but definitely need to get in the right mind frame to do it so I won't give up. Thanks for sharing your journey with us :) keep up the great HARD work!

  • @Asiki81 Keeping up the motivation was the hardest thing for me too. There were days that I really didn't want to do it. Especially the max workouts. But every time I would start to psyche myself out, I would remind myself why I am doing this and I would get my butt in gear. LOL! I always found that once I got through the warm-ups, I was excited to finish the workouts. I hope this gives you a little motivation and thank you!!!

  • I'm such a young kid! Only 12 and I'm doing Insanity! I know how it feels! I'm excited and I'm on Recovery Week! WIsh me luck!

  • @simplyflawless705 Way to go!!! You've made it this far, so don't give up. Good Luck!!!

  • It's all about the lighting!

  • @AllahBro What is that supposed to mean?

  • congratulations !!

  • @erickglz10 Thank you!!!

  • You did a fantastic job! you have a lot to be proud of :)

  • @tammymarykay1 Thank you so much!!!

  • i just stated im on day two something else if you do this make sure you have alot of water i drink 3 cups of water during every excersize

  • @IOWNNU Keep up the motivation! Every time I do insanity, I drink so much water too.

  • What a beast=]

  • @bringitonf00l Thank you!!!

  • Thinking of buying this workout.

What was your weight loss after the 60 days? Thankyou x

  • @TheFashionwannabe I believe my weight loss total was like 20 lbs. But most of my transformation was in inches lost around my body. I wish I would have taken measurements to know exactly how much I lost. I had no idea that I would get the results that I did. LOL!

  • iam work out with insanity for 2 weeks and i lost like 10 lbs.

I am so happy. i can 't believe i have motived to do it again and again.

  • @hotaznbabe2011 Great job and keep up the good work!!!

  • did u fllowed the nutrision opna?

  • @956y No, I didn't follow the nutrition plan strictly but I did use it as a guide to change my eating habits and to be healthier.

  • Nice job . Just started insanty any tips/pointers

  • @cooljetman88 Stay motivated! Remind yourself everyday why you are doing this and don't make excuses. I always found that warm-up was the hardest thing to get through but once I do, I feel great and push myself hard during the rest of the workout. Good luck!

  • great results! congrats! i cant wait to get started!

  • @unicorn1081 Thank you so much! It was definitely hard work. Good luck with your workout. Just remember that it is going to be tough, but you can do it!
