DEMOTE HERM! Not all can be blamed on him. FIRE GUNTHER and the TERRIBLE defense. Herms CB are excellent especially for rookies and the safeties are great but GUNTHER'S damn LB suck and the D line coach has got to be the worst of all time with the fewest sacks in a single season in NFL history. Dorsey hasnt done SHIT.

Should of kept Jaraed Allen. Could of have Allen, Dorsey, and Hali. Don't forget Allen is a good run stopper.

+1. should have kept him. he is a sack master, great run stopper, and was a LEADER on defense. Why trade him then throw a bunch of money at Dorsey, who hasn't done shit! I think Dorsey will improve but Trading J.a was a huge mistake. Now he's going to the Playoffs to make plays.
