You guys waste a lot of tape. You really only need 3 rows on top and 3 on bottom. We ship cast iron that way, and have never had a problem. Probably save you guys some money on tape.

look at how busy they are, you ordered barely after christmas, some ppl ordered on christmas day as their gift, some got money and ordered after, and some are getting for new years, ppl get new years money, there's so many ppl to attend to. you normally get it in 2 days or under during the regular year.

First of all stop complaining about work and second of all you have the responsibility to get what you sell to the customer when you say it will be there. You could easily name an earlier package date, but instead in order to get more sales you give an extremely hard to meet deadline. If your order is late, remember: thousands of kids just ordered over the past week or two, wanting to spend their Christmas money on a new AEG. ASGI's staff was also off of work for a few days, so the orders stacked up then, too.

She called and spoke with someone about where the package was, and they shipped out right away. Now that is a good customer service. I totally understand the rush and the delay. But, she mention that the cs guy told her some of the people go crazy at them even they place the order after the deadline. I feel bad for them that they have to deal with aholes.
