I'm American, i'm wondering why does it seem that men's names over in the U.K are are used as womens name here in the U.S...ie. Ashley, and Hillary ??

@justmyluck27 I can answer...I think. Basically here we use these names as genderless names like Charlie. Those names can be used by either sex freely. I have an Uncle Hillary and I had a friend called Ashley
