I couldn't find anything called thai seasoning so I got something called Thai Chili sauce and i'm wondering how it'll turn out because it is a sauce and not a seasoning. Whats the closest thing to thai seasoning?
@ActaFoolzz The Thai chili sauce will be a little strong for the shrimp. You can use a montreal grilling blend or some kind of seasoned salt if you can't find the Thai seasoning. Any kind of asian blend would work. Cant' wait to see what you make. Be sure to take a pic.
I just viewed your video. I will try it tonight. Thank you very much. You are really making a difference. Have you created a website yet? How can I donate. I also sponsor a family in south america.
@nuttybar9 I do give money to charities here in the states. The biggest difference between here and Africa is that in America there is opportunity. In some of the places I've been in Africa there is almost none. No part time minimal wage jobs, nothing. At least here there is hope.
@cookingfordads yeah all the good jobs go to the minorities though especially in big cities such as cleveland trust me i know as i was born and raised there

@Irisheyescu2 if you don't have anything possitive to say please just keep your Irish mouth and eyes shut. Stop the negativity. I viewed your peaches recepi now that was nasty. FYI> men are creative in the kitchen woman simply follow directions when it comes to cooking. have you notice most 5 star restaurants men are the chef. please be quiet
I wish I could find a husband like you do have a brother/semi brother?a cousin? a father? grandfather? any one who may have same genes as you? lolol.. just kidding. God bless such family. otherwise exceptional recipe I 'll give it a try I love thai seasonong though..
@Italia329 Lady please shut your mouth...ooops i meant your brain. i follow your user name. now your stupid video was disturbing you retard. At least his contributing to the community. Rob...why not support a local family? Why are you sending money overseas when there are people in your own home town that are in need. I never understand why help doesn't start at home. Very disappointed.
agreed, everyone always talk about supporting africa, just because it looks more poor or whatever. but there is so much poverty in america to deal with.
i guess I see a difference in the poverty over here and the poverty i see in africa when i travel over there. In America there is significant opportunity while in the remote parts of Africa there is almost none. When i was in the Congo I remember seeing these guys sitting along the road with little piles of charcoal they hiked up in the mountains to make from gathered wood,
they sat there for hours hoping to sell it for pennies to get some food for their families. And they were the lucky ones. Certainly there are needy people in many places. I encourage you to help those in the places that matter most to you. peace. Rob
i suppose I agree with you, I have never been to africa so i cannot say, I was simply pointing out that people seem to get more gratification for supporting people from other continents etc, when there is alot of homeless people and people in need of help
The sponsor a family idea, is such a fantastic gift to familys that need it most.
The meal looks ever so yummy. I know this is cooking for dads, but I'm going to have to try this one out myself. I'm not the best cook in the world, so I hope I don't mess up =D
