I couldn't find anything called thai seasoning so I got something called Thai Chili sauce and i'm wondering how it'll turn out because it is a sauce and not a seasoning. Whats the closest thing to thai seasoning?

@ActaFoolzz The Thai chili sauce will be a little strong for the shrimp. You can use a montreal grilling blend or some kind of seasoned salt if you can't find the Thai seasoning. Any kind of asian blend would work. Cant' wait to see what you make. Be sure to take a pic.

@nuttybar9 I do give money to charities here in the states. The biggest difference between here and Africa is that in America there is opportunity. In some of the places I've been in Africa there is almost none. No part time minimal wage jobs, nothing. At least here there is hope.

i guess I see a difference in the poverty over here and the poverty i see in africa when i travel over there. In America there is significant opportunity while in the remote parts of Africa there is almost none. When i was in the Congo I remember seeing these guys sitting along the road with little piles of charcoal they hiked up in the mountains to make from gathered wood,
