I dont know exact numbers but i would suggest that half of all illnesses/disease in the US is caused by not exercising and eating correctly.. If we allow the free market to dictate the price of medicare.. it will force people to take a long hard look at how healthy they are and also bring force prices down... the government tries to do the right the thing by looking after everyone but doesnt realise the problem is people need to and want to look after themselves

Priority 1 is education.
Stop tax subsidizing the breeding of tax eating special interest pimping morally & economically illiterate parasites that only undermine general prosperity by spewing their illogical vomit in media 'news' and 'politics'.
Subconsciously these people have an inherent religious affinity with statism which corrupts them & makes it personally very hard to observe & accept moral and economic truth without pushing through severe personal denial & reformation.

I don't know why they kept trying to pull Peter's father into the situation.
On that note, I wonder if Peter's father will hurt him in the race. His father is sitting in jail for tax fraud (he was a famous tax protester). I really think the scummy politicians will bring that into it.

what Peter is saying is that Americans will have to earn less/pay more for the goods and services to rebalance the economy. no government will admit that their citizens are living too well

What he is saying is that when my overweight neighbor on medicare gets insulin (and the government pays for it), when I go to get insulin from that same source and pay with dollars that I have earned, I am competing with the government (my neighbor). If she wasn't getting the government to pay for it, and I was competing just with her, the cost would be lower.
