I used Ultra II to take away the background. Master Sets Libraries to create the background. Ultra II lets you strip the background and create a PNG Sequence That you can import into other programs.

I Used Adobe After Effects to make myself fly,levitate and duplicate myself. Wondertouch Particle Illusions to create fire, energy balls, Beamingup particles.. Etc.

It is pretty easy to get carried away with the infinite power of the greenscreen, especially if your effects are up to par. I like the variety of effects, good experimentation.
