It's funny how the 2007 movie "Death Sentence" w/ Kevin Bacon, the end shootout w/ Billy @ the hideout looks just like the old hospital in this game. Also Billy The Puppet from Saw makes a cameo in that movie and Charlie Clouser uses the "Hello Eric" from Saw II theme in the movie too.
