To Those Who Support Pregnant Teens & Teenage Moms

Thank you for this. I'm 18 and I'm pregnant. I'm already so tired of people who don't know me judging me, and telling me that my life is over. I thank God that the father and I (we're still together,despite what people have to say about teen fathers) have our family and friends supporting us.

Ms Brignoni you're a wonderful example of what young mothers can do. I hope to be the same. Currently I'm working on getting my BA (I'm a junior) and I hope to graduate before our baby's first birthday.

I got pregnant with my first child at 17. I didn't have much support, but we managed fine:) He was the best thing to ever happen to me. Bc I got preg, I turned my life around and made a great life for us. Teens can be as good or better parents than so called mature adults. I think more just need to be given a chance and acknowledged for their abilities.

I think its sad when ppl say "your too young,you have your whole life ahead..." true, but why do they think it means you shouldnt have a kid?

I had a son when I was 18 and admire you. Many years later and a two more kids, I have respect for teen moms and all they go through(having been their myself) I still am pro choice and believe as an AMERICAN that woman have their rights and freedoms. I want those rigts for my 18 year old in Afganistan and his girlfriend or wife, and I want it for my 10 year old daughter in the future.

my ex girlfriend had a little girl and we were together for a few years and i became very attatched to the little one ,like she was my own,we split up and the little one had her first baby at 15 and he is 2 now and i take her to school and my bud to daycare everyday,i buy her things and give her money so she can get gifts on holidays for him and her family,i am trying to make things easy for her because she want's to do something with art ,and i want to see her live her dream
