Unfortunately no , he isn't really singing. But if you do like the band you're hearing, they were called Fastway and were a really kick ass band. Originally it was guitarist Fast Eddie Clark from Motorhead and bassist Pete Way from UFO. See the Fastway name ? lol You can find some of their stuff on here. The singer you hear is Dave King, who went onto head Flogging Molly, which is an irish-celtic punk band of sorts
