@IAMCARBONDOG Actually, Tao (is Toakaka meow!) is something called a Lethal Joke Character. A character that seems worthless at first but if used right is obscenely good. Her ability to bounce around like a meth addicted superball gives her some disgustingly good offense. If you know how to use her. So, yeah, just about everyone in Blazblue is high tier when used right, which makes it one of the few fighting games I'm willing to play.
