  • I work at Titanic Museum Attraction in Branson Mo. The building itself is to half scale but we have third class corridor third class cabin grand staircase first class stateroom captains bridge marconi room promenade deck all to scale. We also have first class dining room but its not to scale. No photos due to federal copyright laws and no food drink tobacco or anything that can be placed in your mouth. Its is worth the drive and we also have a second ship located in Pigeon Forge Tennessee.

  • I live in Cobh. Thats where the Titanic left, it was called QueensTown back then.

  • this song is so sad

  • I live in Winnipeg Manitoba. And I think the 4 day road trip would be 100% worth it!!! Someday...

  • I've been to this place 3 times in the last 5 years! It gets better every time :)

  • Only in America! Looks cool.

  • HOLY FUCK THATS ABOUT AS BIG AS THE REAL SHIP

  • I went there for my birthday this year.it was a dream comtrue that i will never forget!!!-tears up-.

  • did you know its just a buiding made to look like the titanic , dont belive me look behind it and there you go . but they did build some of it

  • Could build a lot better.

  • hi can someone tell me where this museum?, please greetings

  • For those who want the info: Titanic in Branson, Missouri is a bit less than half-scale. Titanic in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee IS half-scale. You can not walk any decks.. the bow and forecastle are just a simple flat roof structure, though from the ground perspective view, your imagination may conjure up images of the deck fittings like bollards and capstans as seen on the real ship. They do not exist on either of these recreations. No photography or video recording is permitted by the public.

  • Hi Titanic Jimmy. I like your YouTube channel. I am starting my own Titanic YouTube channel. Sort of a Behind the Scenes look at the personalities of the Titanic Museum Attraction. Subscribe to my channel and let me know what you think. -Erin

  • They should build the other half as well...

Is it also possible to walk these decks ?

  • no i wondered that too but no you never get to walk on the decks.

  • @EmperorDarthSidious no you cant walk the deck or explore rooms the only thing you can walk in is the 3rd class corridor and the ghetto ass 1st class corridor which is less than 10 feet long and you can walk the grand staircase and explore the bridge and the part in front of the bridge and thats just about it wen it comes to the ship you can walk in

  • ah the titanic... so beautiful. Makes me quite emotional to watch this! The thousands that died.

  • Hey man that was an awesome video! quick questions...do they allow u to take pictures inside the museum? i've heard of alot of places that dont allow u to because the flash can ruin the items that have been restored. also..i live in CT and am a huge avid titanic fan. Would u say that i should drive a whole day to see this place?

  • They don't let you take photos inside the building which sucks but yeah this is definately worth a whole day drive!!! When i was there i went twice just because i loved it so much! ITS AMAZING!!!

  • okay, it looks awesome... but is it to full scale? i know its half, but is it the actual size?

  • that im not sure about. I really dont think so but some parts on it may be.

  • @iMacSurferDude its a 50% scale replica.

  • @iMacSurferDude

Titanic was 90ft from keel to boat deck, I think. I confuse this with the width of 92ft. From the waterline to boat deck its about 50-70ft tall I think. The replica ice berg is 30ft tall and the overal attraction, including the mast or not, is 100ft tall. She's 175ft tall keel to funnel top though. Masts are 95-100ft tall, so the whole museum fits inside the front mast's height. I think the real titanic would have her fo'c'le reach the museum's boat deck from the waterline.

  • @iMacSurferDude no it is not.i went there this year.that half.its no where near full scale.that thing will fit inside one of thge fuunles.trust me i no it for a fact.its not full size lol

  • @lauriemama The museum is a half scale reproduction to the origional. If anyone has any other questions about the ship or the museum please send me a message.

  • @iMacSurferDude YES it is to scale

  • they have a new one in piegon forge tenn. im going to it this summer, it even has a full scale grand stair case!

  • pity that it is not the whole ;/

  • I would love to go there some day.

  • why is it half of the titanic

  • this place was great and big. but i dont think they should do wedding services.its a tragedy its disrespectful.

  • this looks amazing....... this is now on my places to visit before im old list

  • Just curious..about how many actors/guides do you think there were? Any speak with an american accent as opposed to british?

  • I would say that there were maybe 20 at the most and some of the them did the british accent although most of them just spoke normal.

  • @TitanicJimmy

sweet! branson put one in near my home in pigeon forge Tn. I applied to be cast/crew but wasn't sure i could hold an accent. good to know most were speaking normally lol thanx for the info

  • i would totally stand in the water in front of the museum and act like i was about to get hit!! That is a very wonderful museum. I have been there before, right after it first opened. The grand staircase made me feel stylin XD

  • Excellent pictures!! What a wonderful place to visit. You certainly captured the beauty of the "ship" museum. Thanks for sharing!!

  • Thank you so much!

  • what hotel did you stay in

  • I think the Comfort Inn. I could walk to the museum from my hotel but they were a good distance apart.
