SO! My mom did my relaxer touch-up today, I used the ORS Olive Oil Relaxer in normal as you did..and my hair came out PERFECT!! i gained an entire inch of growth since my last relaxer!! AWESOME!! thanks so much for this video, I showed it to my mom so she can remember the steps..it was so much fun!! Oh..and the grill thing? my mom said " I know dats right...dis is maaai house!" .....wow

i think it's better to use protein treatment than keracare humecto conditioner who is moisturizer conditioner, because the protein treatment will give you proteins that you lost because of your perm. ;-)

Hey love! Love your vids and your energy. Next time be mindful not to overlap the relaxer on previously relaxed hair, the relaxer should only touch the virgin newgrowth and never previously relaxed hair. Other then that you're doing an amazing job taking care of your hair. Keep up the great work!

However, I strongly suggest using the ORS condish provided. It is moisture AND light protein and it will put back some of the protein the relaxer took away. Just a suggestion, but GREAT progress :) <3

I'm just saying I think your mom put you in your place! lol/jkn! But I was wondering does that relaxer bother your scalp at all? Every time I use it I end up getting burnt or it breaks my hair off. I don't leave it on long at all it just seems to be a little to heavy for me I guess.

@ccgorgeous85 Yeah... she definitely treated me LOL..but she was just joking though.. she's a silly woman!!With this relaxer, I have two little scabs..so I guess it did burn me! But with my last relaxer.. the Vitels Olive oil..I had a whole bunch of scabs!! It is not for me! I use to be able to use any relaxer and it had the same effect... but I guess my hair has changed and is picky!My hair doesn't break off though! I heard the Mizani butterblend lye relaxer is good also..never tried it tho!

That's so nice your mom does your hair! ORS products are really good but I have not seen any KeraCare products in so long! I used to love their shampoo/conditioner when I was a permie! Our hair is just about the same length but I was actually thinking of cutting mine back to shoulder length. It's starting to agitate me LOL!
