@n00bkiller247 Download a program called "WinRAR" and install it. After you have done that, the .zip file for wad manager should appear as a stack of books, so right click on it and click "Extract all". That will extract it into an actual folder where the .dol file and the others will be in.

omg ok it didnt work for me. i made a apps folder on the sd card and also a wad folder and downloaded the wad manager and a game. i put the wadmanager in the apps folder and the game in the wad folder. i put in the sd card went to wii channels in data management. i could not find the wad manager... HELP!!!

Thanks for this video! I had a error 2011. I watched the video again and I relized it must be at IOS49 to install. Now they installed perfectly. Now I can play any WiiWare / VC games without buying them. The AR codes works with any WiiWare/VC games. Search in this site.

Trucha Bug Restorer look for that on youtube and do that if you are getting the 2011 error. you have to do that before you can install cios.
