it sounds to me like u have lost compression on a cylinder run a check on it compression in a 4g63 can be safely from 125psi all the way to 165psi as long as all the cylinders are within 5 to 8psi of each other

i thinks theres a problem with the air sucking into the motor. your motor is not sucking in enough air. change the intake back to its original stock intake that came with the car. try this if it works.

sounds like you got a hole in your headers. Crack headers is actually a common problem when using turbo or superchargers.

could be the EGR valve cuz they can cause rough ideling if its not working properly
