@tilflegion wow that's deep and let me tell you something japan may have deserved defeat but they didn't deserve an atomic bomb why? because of what happened on december 7 1941 and because the emperor was so low to break the treaty of peace between america and japan and send his armada and attack the whole fleet of pearl harbor and in so doing i can say he is a war criminal but that's just me.

@mustafabasharibrahim I think you've missed the point of my comment, or I'm possibly misinterpreting yours. I'm merely pointing out that Hiroshima, and other moments of the A-bomb are not taught in schools. A lot of history lessons revolve purely on the Tudors etc, and recent history eg, the Berlin Air Lift. I think things like this, including the holocaust, need to be taught properly, to prevent them happening again. But maybe that's just me.

@tilflegion "The one who does not learn from history is bound to live through it again." I think that goes for Japan aswell. People should remember the 400,000 Chinese killed by Japan's biological weapons. It was still a great anime though.
