  • This was kind of boring. Would of been much better if you just told us the specs and your opinions. -_-

  • Great soundtrack, what is this music?

  • This music is by Mistyraze, although I cannot find anywhere it..

  • the picture quality of the two lenses is very noticeable, pentax lens produces much better quality pics in its focal length, what about the focus, in both low light and good light pentax lens is not superior in focusing speed over sigma. maybe has an advantage in less hunting.. but not faster.. and without any noise.. but not faster. in good light i would even say Pentax is slower. however the picture quality is much superior. in all ways.

  • how well does it focus in low light compared with the Sigma? I own the Sigma with a K10D and find that indoors or in low light it hunts before finding a lock.

  • well i cannot answer that question at this moment. but next week i'll have several photo sessions, that will reveal all the details about 50-135mm picture quality, compared to sigma's. i'll write the comment and add some links.

  • How does the price plus picture quality compare between the 2 lenses? I am planning on getting the 70-300 with my pentax k20d but thinking about a better quality lens as well.

  • picture quality of pentax 50-135 lens is much superior in comparison to sigma's 70-300. colors are better, it's sharper and tones and contrasts are more pleasant.

although sigma is fun to play with in macro mode..

pentax's focus is a bit slow, but the picture quality compensates everything.
