absolutely gorgeous music. im pretty bummed that this band broke up, they had a really nice sound and wrote beautiful songs. good live too, saw them in phoenix and got to sing onstage with them, thats a show ill always remember. other great tunes by them to check out are stab city, song for luna, a soft hum and we're the ones that keep you warm at night. @caxe7 hate to break it to you but in case of rapture and breakers is pretty much as hard as this band has gotten... which isn't a bad thing necessarily. You might wanna check out People in Planes if you want something chill yet hard which is difficult to come by. Otherwise there are plenty of bands who feel fast notes and powerful riffs are the key to music which you may be in the mood for... But check out in case of rapture and sixes and sevens first.

the ending of this song always pulls a heartstring for me...in a word...beautiful. VERY very few have the ability to possess such musical magic (as i like to call it) as As Tall As Lions and i can definitely say without a doubt that as a band, they are flawless. aside from all hardcore genres of music, EVERYONE loves to listen to something peaceful every now and then, so regardless of taste, i believe ANYONE can like as tall as lions :]

ATAL is incredible. In a world with 60 gig ipods, this one never gets skipped when shuffling. I think that in itself is a testament to the kind of artists they are. Pissed I missed their tour with Dredg, another one of my favorites.
