  • Tää marssi on ihan voittamaton.

  • Err sry forgot last comment i mean defend OURselfs for attacks.

  • Comment removed

  • We kicked Russians ass, but the problem was they had too many asses...

  • 23 people are red commie bastards

  • look up simo häyhä on wikipedia

  • Fucking nazis. You dont even realise Finland didnt want to ally with Nazis and especially not Russia. We always wanted our own freedom, and drive out all the nazi germany and russian out of our country. Dont try to relate to us because at that time Finland was allied to germany. In fact, we didnt give a fuck about other world trying to exploit us, but try to defend itself alone against superior enemy.

  • jääkärinmarssi <3

  • The Fins would be a good and valuable ally to to the Reich

  • @Jkmaitre08 They actuall were for some time, but sadly we finns didnt do as we should have. Maybe with help of finland russia would have been submited? Maybe, i emphasize.

  • @ZanH0 They would keep the Russians of the North-East front of Finland for a while.

  • This is THE Jäger March, composed by Jean Sibelius in 1917 to the words written by the Finnish Jäger, Hilfsgruppenführer Heikki Nurmio, who served in the Royal Prussian 27th Jäger Battalion of the Imperial German Army.

This unit was fighting against the Russian Empire, of which the Grand Duchy of Finland still was a part of. The words were smuggled into Finland to Sibelius, who composed the song in Järvenpää.

The march is the honorary march of many Finnish army detachments.

  • It's true that we don't have chance against Russia today, but if they attack (for some unknown reason, because our diplomatic relationship is very good) It's a hell kinda of fight that we put against. Better dead than under other peoples rule!. Thumbs if agree! (i'm not a thumb whore, but this is just how it is, so i want this comment to the top 2 so every1 can realize it ;) )

  • @peltsi40 That´s right! Scandinavia shall not subdue.

  • @peltsi40 If they do attack, tell me first, I want to fight to defend Finland.

  • dude its some minor note scary shit .i would rethink and ask them to friend me

  • This march has not been used only in World War 2. Finland has been using it since 1917 and it still uses it.

  • Many don't know about the Finnish- Russo War. Many have never heard of the Fins that the Soviets called White Death. Down with Communism. Your stand against the Soviet hordes was righteous and gallant.

  • In fact many in Europe would greet the new Hitler: a man, who wants a greater Europe even though on the bones of others. But europeans wont admit it they are still ashamed of what they were doing in ww2 (plundering and murdering). But you cant beat what you are. If you are a murderer, you wont escape from it. lets just wait and see how it goes. And it goes exactly like supposed to: NAto are new nazis.

  • Finns were and are nazist lapdogs. Turned on USSR after Russia freed them from sweden domination. They never admit it because they have propaganda about "great fight for freedom" and all that. It fact they are nazis and traitors. And when they got beaten again they made sure they are always on the winning side in the conflict and switched. Too bad the sources on evil on this planet like Finland dont get wiped so that they can grow and flourish until the time comes again. Shame on you Finland.

  • @Ma3gau Rubbish, we turned towards USSR to keep our independency as in the end of the war it was clear that we couldnt stand army that is tens or hundreds of times bigger than ours. At least nazis helped us first to keep our independency to point where USSR got bored of fighting as you lost tens of times more men than our small army did.

Stalin was not any better than nazis.

  • @Ma3gau Can someone get farer from reality? Guess not. Have a happy life in your dream world.

  • @Ma3gau Like our history teachers say: russian history teaching is still about lies and they dont even this day admit that CCP really attacked to finland. CCP tried to do same to us what they did to Baltic countries and Germany to Poland; conquer them. So please stop lying to yourself and admit that Stalin was bad human as Hitler.

  • @Ma3gau lolwut? i admit "great fight for freedom" is propagand, but still not same as "great fight for communism", which is even worse. especially when communism sucked ass-

  • EI OLLU KOMMUNISTEISTA VALLOTTAMAAN SUOMEA TALVISODASSA TAI SISÄLLIS-SODASSA YLIPÄÄTÄÄN!

  • Yep, it was amazing while ago... Are we up to it again? Thumbs up if not :p

  • Finland is my favourite team in ice hockey; doesn't matter if is olympic games;world championship of ice hockey; Finland first for me! now i understand why they beat USSR in 1939-1940! : the finland soldiers was world champions in ice hockey!!!

    greetings from Romania!

  • @Danezu28

World Ice Hockey Championships 2016 will be in Russia. Welcome.

  • This march song is more related to Finland gaining independence in 1917 and vapaussota or civil war after that, rather than WWII. If you want to name one Finnish march song that's is directly linked to WWII it's Sillanpään marssilaulu or Sillanpää's march song, words of which were written by Nobel Laureate author Frans Emil Sillanpää on the eve of Winter War.

  • Nobody can't even imagine, how many we took sacrifices. But some how we Finns raised above russians and smashed a hammer to their faces and cut treir ball off with a cythe. One thing I like about russian is vodka. everything else is "vitun paskaa"

  • suomi NOUSUUN!!

  • sangheiliShogunate90 Finland AND Sweden? Ill let you know that Sweden refused to help Finland (even tough they agreed to do so) in the war against the soviets it was Finland alone who repelled the soviet attack sweden didnt take any part in world war 2 and stayed neutral the whole war so dont even give them any credit for the defense we did alone

  • @finnishzeldaman hahhaaha the germans saved your ass lol

  • @MrNewromanempire OH did they now? Why dont you go look up "winter war" write that in google or wikipedia and see how much the germans "helped" us they were one of the main reasons the soviets attacked Finland in the first place!

  • @finnishzeldaman @MrNewromanempire is really showing us how amazingly stupid and dimwitted people can be. You need to get some facts right before you comment. It makes you look like a stupid fool. Russia Invaded Finland. Finland + Sweden faught against them and won, which is why Finland is a country now. At the Time, Russia and Germany were "friends"

  • @AirCanada04 Give me your facts about Sweden helping finland it was us who got bombed, our people who died and fought and also swedish VOLUNTEERS not "Sweden" the nation but sure the swedish people politically it was finland alone and sweden was NEUTRAL THE ENTIRE WAR.

  • @AirCanada04 You really cant insult Finns more than by saying Winter War was ''Finland+Sweden vs. Russia''. I know that wasnt ment as insult though... Sweden was neutral...Yea, they gave some supplies and meanwhile forbid British and French troops going through Sweden to aid Finland. Finland fought Winter War pretty much alone, some supplies from different places, some volunteers and a lot of symphaty. Too bad symphaty dosent kill anyone...

  • @JohQx3 Alright, the Finns who I respect a lot (Really do), did get some supplies from Sweden, but fought well in the Winter War. Their bravery and courage defeated one of the most powerful armies in Europe. My previous comment was not at all intended as an insult, I'm sorry if it did. But, I do agree it was Wrong of Sweden not to allow other help from different countries to go up their territory to Finland, however, I think they were trying to protect their territory from these powerful armies

  • how could finland and sweden win over the soviet union?

  • @SangheiliShogunate90 One fin with rifle and molotov coctail equals 10 russians (or ryssä as they were called during war or whenever you want to talk bad about russians) who have a tank. Thats why Finland survived. Well Stalin killing his officers, cold winter etc. helped too. Swedish help was limited to few volunteers.

  • Small finland against Soviet Union. Im proud to be from finland and its great that all men in finland still go to the army by the law!

  • No offense, but I think America is the best country ever since I am American, but I do like Finland and Russia

  • @1212Blackops LOL maybe the worst country ever, scheisse amerikaner

  • Finland beat Russia.

    I like Finland now.

  • Shit.

  • Do not fuck with drunken finnish!

  • Minä olen ylpeä että olen Suomalainen.Tämä maa on hieno.Kiitos sotaveteraaneille

  • I love Finland!

    from japan

  • Lovely march! Greetings from Hungary!

  • SISU!!!!!!!

  • You may have won the winter war...

but you lost some of your land =p.

  • @stickmanpwner64 yeah :D but there was too many russians... some of russians froze to death or got kill'd :D

  • MY GRANDPA WAS IN THIS WAR (From my moms Family)

  • FinnWars

  • This is epic!

  • FINLAND ARMY KICKED THE SOVIETS ARMY ASS ALONE , FUCK FACE STALIN WAS CRYING LIKE A BABY ALL YEAR LONG.

BEST GREETINGS FROM POLAND LONG LIVE FINLAND

ONE OF THE GREATEST ARMIES 1939-1940

  • @MyAdolf1889 ...Kicked ass...You proud OUR fall ? we alone won 2WW

  • @Zornstern take a look at the statistics wich one had more fallen

  • @walluable Ok!... you too could look at your statistics

  • @Zornstern Yeah, you won Germany like beasts. But you couldn't conquer Finland, because Finnish Army kicked soviets ass. Do you even know about Winter- and Continuation War? Russia attacked to Finland with no reason, trying to capture it. Finnish defence was too hard for ruskies, they had their ass kicked sooo hard. As you can see from the stats: 26 000 finnish soldiers died, 130 000 russian soldiers died. See the difference? Stalin lost 100 000 more men than Finland did!

  • @Zuomigundi Keep in mind that Stalin was fighting other countries at the same time...

  • @92NordicQueen So what? Keep in mind Stalin still had 3x more soldiers, 100x more tanks and 30x more aircrafts in Winter War and about 2x more soldiers, 10x more tanks and 25x more aircrafts in Continuation War.

He had other wars too but he still had 1M more soldiers and 2900 more tanks, so it really doesn't matter if he was fighting others or not. He also had support of USA and other Allied countries like UK, Finland had only Germany.

And during Winter War Stalin was ONLY fighting Finland.

  • @92NordicQueen Russia was not fighting anyone else than finland in 1939-1940. Russia and germany were allies back then.

Pact on suomeksi LIITTO.

Kuulostaa liitolta minun korviini ainakin.

  • @MyAdolf1889 no, actually there was an alliance with nazi germany so we had some help(only about 2000 german soliders though)

  • ON SE MAHTAVAA KUN KOTIMAANI JA SYNNYINMAANI ON SUOMI FINLAND !!!!!!!!!

  • "Pojat, kansan urhokkaan,

    mi Puolan...

    ...viel' on Suomi voimissaan,

    voi vainolaisten hurmehella peittää maan."

    Old history....

    Best greetings from Poland.

  • Swedish guy here... 1-2 fuck

  • Don't fuck with finland

  • @ZaCrox473v2 miksi tuon kommentin pitää olla kaikissa suomen armeija viseoissa?

  • Finland army! Everyone for one's country!.

  • Like Stalin said, The British provided the time, The Americans the money and the Russians the blood.

  • @LichGeneral What are you talking about? we allied with the germans, and fought against the russians.

  • @MrPizzapoika

I quoted what Stalin said about WW2 as a whole (In response to the dick-waving comments).

  • @LichGeneral For the greatest asshole in the history of the world stalin was suprisingly poetic

  • Brave finland i salute you from england

  • What's the name of the march?

I like it, greetings from Poland!

  • @kubujak1989 Its called Jääkärimarssi (Jaeger March) :)

  • @JohQx3 Thank you!

  • Siniristilippumme!

  • Finland has a military?

  • @AirForcedude5 Dude, during the Winter War in WWII between Finland and Soviet Russia, Finland had 346,500 against Russia's 425,640–760,578 men.

The Fins: 25,904 dead or missing, The Russians: 126,875 dead or missing

They had and still have a military and they sure kick ass!

  • @yehzhaofeng Don't forget the tens of thousands of tanks Russia lost.

  • @AirForcedude5 Are you serious!?ofcourse we have military and fucking strong one!

  • @AirForcedude5 The finnish and the german army were the strongest in the WWII not like the fucking americans who jump into the war what was almost over

  • @Suomi124 The war is almost over in 1941?

Seriously though, people underestimate the American contribution to WWII. In Europe they did not have many troops, but American supplies kept the red army going and allowed it to be mechanized. Basically, without America the war is far bloodier and it takes a lot longer.

  • @wcv215 i wasn't talking about 1941 i talking about Dresden,Berlin and Hamburg

  • @wcv215 Europe didnt have many troops?? They had millions soldiers look at all the Millions of Soldiers just in the British forces?? America was just the big factory where Britain and Russia got there resources and supplies. If U.S didnt come into the war it would have been over 1946 at the latest!

  • @martynrobin121 I was saying that America did not have many troops in Europe, sorry if that was unclear, I should have added another comma. And, I was saying that most of America's contribution was in materiel.

Now, as to whether the war would have been over in 1946, I could argue it, but don't really feel like having a Youtube argument.

  • @wcv215 America had no troops in Europe before the war started, America didnt have any interests in Europe other than trade and to keep up good relations with the British and French. And yes U.S.A supply British Empire with most of there resources and they also helped Supply Russia.

  • @wcv215 And by 1943 the Axis Alliance was losing the war and basically crushed, They had already been defeated by the British at the battle of Al Alamein, And the German and Italians were on full retreat after the British humiliated Rommels counter attacks. In the Eastern Front the Axis had been deeated in Stalingrad,Moscow and after Kursk they could do nothing to stop the Russain advance into Berlin 1943. The war would have been over 945-6 the Axis were crushed 1943!

  • Well why wouldnt they?.... im just asking

  • @AtsonYouToob Why wouldnt they what??

  • Much respect from Russia.

  • Todella mahtava musiikki mutta tän nimi on Jääläri Marssi.

  • Äpärä means bastard??? Äpärä is real word and means child who birth to unmarried couple...

  • @JJVSolo ..and that is exactly what a bastard means too.

  • It's the Jääkärimarssi composed by Jean Sibelius 1917 and the text written by Heikki Nurmio. It was composed to support finnish independence from Russia. Finland was a grand duchy belonging to Russia between 1809-1917.

  • Very nice.

Is "äpärä" a finish word or was it a joke?

  • @LotrFC Finnish word. Means bastard

  • @MFRPhotographer

That's why he was laughing when I said it to someone. Thought it would mean something like "Hello" :D

  • @LotrFC :DDD

  • @blockthehood I wonder what the fuck is wrong with you? I think that your age is around 12.you do not think any of these aspects the brain, so you do not have. What if you went to your father arms just a breath of sandwiches and spend a shit life in britania..

  • homous on valitettava sairaus

  • hahahaha, jajajaja, gaygaygay, Amerikka jyrää pallon hiki soitat maa!

  • I congratulate all Finns here on your national liberty, for which you fought totally undaunted against great odds. It was sad that Finland and Britain were enemies in WW2. It was not Finland's choice or Britain's; it was fate. I think I can report that we British never hated you and we were glad when you dropped out of the war and with your independence still preserved. Its only recently that I learned about how bitterly you had to fight to make Stalin back off and allow you your right to exist.

  • @Wobdifurousness Yeah, sadly we had no other choice than to stick with nazies...

We'd speak russian right now if we wouldn't :(

Damn world war... and damn winter war... We lost Karjala (Karelian) because of it. >:(

It was either Sweden or Russia/USSR all the time.

  • why ukraine and poland hates russia?

  • @chilidress Also most of them Finns hate Russians. Finland, Ukraine and Poland hate Russia because Russians robbed their countries and tried to occupy or occupied their country.

  • @Karpaneen Don't the baltics also hate Russia?

  • I'm very proud of my Finnish heritage. My Grandfather came from Vassa to America in 1916. The Finns Held back the Soviets and they were WAY out numbered. They called the Finns "White Death".

  • @MrSaturdayNight7 we are ultimate hostile super fucking wrath of god of war and the dead of fags! we are SUOMI FINLAND

  • @AngryMmaSuomi Mikäs sulle tuli? :P

    Tuliko isänmaallisuudenpuuska? :)

  • @AngryMmaSuomi Hehheh :D

    Ei ryppyillä ei >:)

  • @AngryMmaSuomi Miks sä muuten mainittit suomalaisten olevan "hinttien kuolema"?

  • @AngryMmaSuomi HAHHAH VITUT KIRKOLLE JA HOMOILLE XDD TOTTA TOSIAAN!!

  • @mestarilapsi hyvin sanottu!

  • finland beat russia? BACK UP! finland LOST karelia and had to pay war payments to russia!

  • @finnishzeldaman

Suomi on Sosiaali Demokraattinen maa tällä hetkellä, tarkoitat varmaan ettei tultu Marxsistisesk, Leninistiseks, Stalinistiseks jne. sosiaalliseks maaks

  • @D3adtrap

Tämä ei todellakaan ollu mitenkään erilainen tilanne.

Stalinin tarkoituksena oli kokoajan miehittää Suomi.

No onneks ei oo tollasista maanpetturi ryssänperseennuolijasta kiinni.

Lue kakara historiaa ennenkuin tulet pätemään tänne.

  • @ZounaaS

  • @D3adtrap

Vastasin jo viestiisi yksityisviestillä mutta laitetaampa tänne kaikkien nähtäville kuinka tyhmä olet.

Lue molotov-ribbentrop sopimuksesta joissa Suomi jaettiin neuvostoliiton etupiiriin.

  • @tupakki

    Ei

  • @D3adtrap Kerro ihmeessä muillekkin, että miksi ei. Miten vastaat kertomaani?

  • @tupakki

Neuvostoliitossa pidettiin saksalaisia hyvinä ystävinä ja liittolaisina. Operaatio Barbarossan ensimmäisten tuntien aikana Stalin määräsi sotilaitaan lopettamaan taistelun koska luuli että joke saksalas kenraali koittaa aloittaa sodan. Sevastopolissa ihmiset heräs pommituksiin ja kun älysivät että nämä olivat oikeita pommeja niin he katsoivat toisiinsa ja kysyivät; "Okei me ollaan sodassa, mutta ketä vastaan?" (Kuvainnollisesti)

  • @D3adtrap Ei pidä alkuunkaan paikkaansa. Neuvostoliitto Stalinin johdolla eivät missään kohdin pitäneet Saksaa ystävänä. Kirjoita googleen "operation Groza", niin näet keskustelua. Kyseinen operaatio on hieman hämärän peitossa, mutta neuvostoliittolaisten sotilasjohtajien muistioita löytyy, missä kehotetaan hyökkäämään Saksan kimppuun (ennen operaatio Barbarossaa). Näitä on osoitettu suoraan Stalinille. Voin antaa lisätietoja, jos haluat.

  • @tupakki

Me ollaan molemmat oikeassa.

  • @nicehax It depends how you see it. Finland got dealt a bad hand in WW2, but IMHO she played it well;. Karelia was lost, but Stalin meant to annex all Finland and liquidate the intelligentsia, as with the Baltic States. The Soviets were outfought. They could have destroyed Finland but only by diverting too many troops from the offensive against Germany, so Stalin cut Finland a deal instead. It was a lousy deal but it's a big military achievement that Finland managed to get any deal at all.

  • one of the saddest war marshes I ever heard.

    march of the doomed.

small country that had to take the wrong side.

the only democratic country that fought with germany because it hasn't been left a choice by great powers.

sad song is very similiar to israeli war marches of the 40-50-s.

  • @alexlubart Yes but we didnt become a socialistic country like the rest on the borders of soviet union, the molotov rippentrob deal gave Finland to the soviets but because Finland fought back we got to keep our independence and nowadays we have almost the best healthcare and education in the world.

  • @alexlubart you're sad little fuck that doesn't know his history. a russian agitator no doubt. you fucking commies never learn.

  • shalom
