The ps3 has improved a lot since its release. when it first came out, it had very few exclusives and little to nothing noteworthy about it. It has since gotten a ton of great games and excellent online features.
Dude Perfect Dark is an awesome game. But I really don't like Halo that much. I do think that the PS3 is the best console out of the new day systems, but they are all good. And you should swear a little less.

Have you seen any of my other videos? I have all 3 consoles, i gave my objective opinion on every single one of them. Actually the dead spots aren't that bad. 360 has better games, and a better online service and all RROD have been fixed and are under 7% so PS3 isnt doing anything better than 360. It just looks shinier and has pointless blu ray, FF13 uses up 70% of PS3's power yet that game is being made for 360 also, that shows that the PS3's potential isnt everlasting i own one and most games suck, R2, R1, LBP all suck badly. MGS4 is good while it lasts, the cutscenes are mainly the whole game, gameplay is ok and there isnt much of it.

Trust me, unless u find a cheaper 80gb core ps3 or a 60gb PS3 very cheap, just keep what you have aslong as it is in good condition.

HDMI does all resolutions. You can use ps3 component cables for up to 1080i i believe. Use HDMI if your tv supports it. If not send that thing over to component. If no component, then you gotta stick with a Composite connection.

I don't see what is sooo fantastic about LBP. It is an interesting concept really cool in terms of making your own levels. It seems kinda like a novelty to me.
I get your reservations, but I'm really excited about the vastness of its capabilities. There's a vid on YT of some guys LBP level and its just a calculator he made, but the thing is this....he actually made it with wires and switches that the game has for you to mess around with. Seriously, even though it sounds and looks boring to begin with, when you actually read the vids info and then see the end of the vid where it shows all the wires and stuff, you see a glimpse of the games scope.
I think the whole level creation/sharing and level playing'community'aspect that's going to tie in with PS HOME is going to be unexpectedly huge and a massive carrot to dangle infront of current xbox users! GT5 will be awesome as usual whenever they get around to releasing it and then there is ofcourse a secret exclusive game that Sony allowed a few games journos to have a sneak peek at and a BBC games journo who seen it said after that he was "speechless", so plenty more to come!

When you have games like R2(60 online/8 co-op),MAG(256 players online),Little Big Planet,God of War 3, Killzone 2, and MGS4+ .02% failure rate, Microsoft lost this war.
Did you know that there are cars that run on electricity they go 200 miles per charge, if you go 100 miles per hour the whole time. This is precident that better doesnt always sell. Ps3 is obviously stronger in power, and I'm not debating it has better title support. However this console war is going to rely on proving that the new games and graphics are worth purchasing a new 400 dollar system, because most of the ps3's audience is in xbox 360 It is not necessarily going to the stronger console
true, i bought a ps3 first, owned a 360 for couple of months for mass effect, and always thought logically about what i'm getting for the money and which system would give me less problems, also bluray which was a plus for me.

Seriously, even though it sounds and looks boring to begin with, when you actually read the vids info and then see the end of the vid where it shows all the wires and stuff, you see a glimpse of the games scope.

I think the whole level creation/sharing and level playing'community'aspect that's going to tie in with PS HOME is going to be unexpectedly huge and a massive carrot to dangle infront of current xbox users! GT5 will be awesome as usual whenever they get around to releasing it and then there is ofcourse a secret exclusive game that Sony allowed a few games journos to have a sneak peek at and a BBC games journo who seen it said after that he was "speechless", so plenty more to come!

As for my favorite system
Well the ps3 has a strong hardware behind it but it isn't being utilized simply because of the lack of player support and casual titles. PS3 needs to realize that most people that purchase consoles don't understand tech specs. I love the 360 most. However soon xbox 360 is gonna run out of rope and my love will go to the ps3

nice review. i dont't know if you know, but the ps3 controller you dont't handle it like a 360's, otherwise you're thumbs will hit.
did you hear killzone 2's alpha is 15 gig's, that's crazy, it would use up 2 360's disc, and that's just the alpha. the ps3; especially after home; is the better system. When you have games like R2(60 online/8 co-op),MAG(256 players online),Little Big Planet,God of War 3, Killzone 2, and MGS4+ .02% failure rate, Microsoft lost this war.

Did you know that there are cars that run on electricity they go 200 miles per charge, if you go 100 miles per hour the whole time. This is precident that better doesnt always sell. Ps3 is obviously stronger in power, and I'm not debating it has better title support. However this console war is going to rely on proving that the new games and graphics are worth purchasing a new 400 dollar system, because most of the ps3's audience is in xbox 360 It is not necessarily going to the stronger console

true, i bought a ps3 first, owned a 360 for couple of months for mass effect, and always thought logically about what i'm getting for the money and which system would give me less problems, also bluray which was a plus for me.
i guess how i logically decided on which console was better and how allot of people seem to choose so illogically, i sometimes have a hard time understanding what planet people come from, however i guess it is a matter os perspective.

I'm probably never going to buy COD4, I played it at my friend's house to the point of which i cannot stand to play it any longer. It was great while it lasted, but literally night and day for several weeks we gamed on it. It's like Halo 3, NO MORE!!!

That means no card readers, though if i had linux on there i could use a USB card reader. However i am boycotting Yellow dog linux until i receive RSX access, and drivers!
