Cumon Clarinets!!! wooooo!!! This is exactly the same as our senior windbands music, and I have to say I could hear all the instruments (our saxaphones are crap). But the Clarinets intro and solo just make this piece Magic!! Plus You cann't not like the music for crying out loud (y) X-D

hardest piece? i definately think that suite of old american dances is much more harder than pirates. If you can handle strange rhythms and time signature changes, pirates i cake. I play oboe :p

very impressive, thoguht it was a little too fast to being with but then was well chuffed with the way you took this piece. alot of people ve tried to do it before and when i watch them i usually sqitch off as soon as it starts because they are rubbish, but you managed to keep the flow and feel of the music, get into a recording studio and make a decent soudn recording of this because it will sound perfect

It's the recording. I just put my little Sony camcorder on a tripod and let it go. That's why you can hear the breeze blowing into the microphone in places. If you visit our website, you can hear us perform this song in concert in the Atherton Auditorium with the full band (about 65-70 members that semester, I believe). We had a smaller group travel to Hawaii -- about 35 musicians or so.

We performed at Carnegie Hall in New York City on March 28, 2007!
