Think of portal and the cake and then you will get it. Portal and TF2 come in a pack called "The Orange Box" So TF2 has something with portal.

This game is Team Fortress 2 (TF2) made by Valve Software. He used faceposer to get this charecters mouth to move with his voice. (Faceposer is a program part of the SDK for the Source Engine; what Valve's games run on)

The intended message still applies however, if it honestly takes you the whole runtime of the video to figure out you're wasting your time, I feel sorry for when you are rickrolled.
