There are *several* *scientific* theories on how it happens, and the most accepted (and barely argued against) is natural selection.

@turbofritz2 I agree. When people talk about ending the fed or speaking against it... bad things happen (look at what happened to JFK and Reagan. Kennedy bit the dust and Reagan wasn't too far from doing the same thing). If Paul gets the ticket and wins, he's going to need to be protected until the day he checks out of office, I guarantee someone's going to make a move on him. But if it does happen, I'm more than sure the people are gonna take matters into their own hands.
