Is the govt going to offer a govt pension: Giving 3% per yr of service of ending salary with overtime included. So if the Dr worked 25 yrs, means doctor is owed 75% of ending salary for the rest of his/her retirement and when he/she dies the spouse gets it as well. if govt wants to take over as boss, they better offer a pension for us and pay back medical school loans over 1million with interest included.
