  • hey hey! Have you tried intellectus 424 diet (search on google)? Ive heard some awesome things about it and my cooworker lost a lot of weight with it.

  • lol i do this everyday now, and still each day, during the workout im like screaming in my head, "Jay, stop counting so slow! Shut up stop talking in between and just count!!" but after, I'm glad he does it like he does, since its more effective and i guess, if he counted as fast as I would have liked, it wouldnt be as good a workout XD

  • I've always had a fast metabolism if that's what you want to call it but alcohol does a number on my mid-section lol, i can eat any foods I want and burn it off, but that Svedka and beer sticks to me lol

  • k so i commented yesterday thinkin this workout was awesome n decided to try it honestly it isnt at least for someone who is in shape, cuz i truly only got a warm up out of it as i believe sarah did. But dont get me wrong the circuit is good but i think it would work if it was def longer than 20 min
