Yea I tried this work-out and I ended up sweating just about your level :P [ I'm bodybuilder btw ] .. This workout is very good since it actually puts the whole body to work in one exercise ... k so i commented yesterday thinkin this workout was awesome n decided to try it honestly it isnt at least for someone who is in shape, cuz i truly only got a warm up out of it as i believe sarah did. But dont get me wrong the circuit is good but i think it would work if it was def longer than 20 min

i am 200 pounds and i wish i could do this. It looks so easy but the true it is notttttttttttttttttttt.
