Jeff, just wanted to say that you were absolutly awesome! We had a blast at the wedding. Love and best wishes from the host and hostess with the mostest!
Wassup mah dudes !! you Rocked it out ! Tight Work man !! and at 6:28 like Caz said ha ha halol
Its all true Its Like If when you are mixing a green light flashes and say come and request now ! ha ha and be the most annoying you can be !! .. ha ha
Thanks dude! Ha, I left that part in there b/c it's soooo true that whenever you're in the mix someone will come up and try to request a song. It's even funnier when it's a request like Back That Ass Up. I did end up dropping Back that Thang up though :)
Thanks for watching buddy, this is my first season running 1200's - I picked up 2 used ones for only $400 total. They're alot funner than my CDJ's but now my coffin literally weighs more than me - no joke! Definitely should have also picked up 10 or 12inch mixer haha instead of my 19"
Haha, the funny thing is that the Hokey Pokey was my closer - well before the encore set! I'll tell you what, I usually steer clear from the cliche interactive music like the Hokey Pokey, Chicken dance, YMCA, Conga, etc - but certain events they go over well, especially when you can mix them in with a set of top-40 or mashups.
Hip Hop Hooray into I'm Coming Out. Nice! I'm gonna have to start recording more of my transitions. Love watching yours. Gives me lots of ideas. Kudos, man.
Thanks man, I'm definitely still a newbie. Only been seriously trying to mix since this past winter. But wow, it makes every gig SOOOO much funner - especially weddings. Now I actually look forward to every wedding I DJ because I can practice my mixing!

You have some great music. I also like your lighting, it's simple but well done. Also how do you like the new EV sub?

LOL. OK, here's some advice. If a woman asks you to play "back that ass up", then she's in the mood and say YES! hehe

I hear you about doing Mashup mixes with YMCA, Conga and etc. Mixing these Novelty songs and make it unique and make it your own is the way to do it!
