love rory and i realy dig this song. i just can't seem to find a good version of the original by

tony joe white. anybody got a good sugestion for me.....? i'm curious where rory got the inspiration.

Rory and TJW both played at the Isle of Wight festival in 1970 - I think I read somewhere that Rory watched TJW's set which included this song.
