I remember as a kid listening to the games on KMOX and loved it when it was just Ernie Hayes and the fans doing the national anthem. I would get mad when they would cover it with commercials. It's not like it used to be, but at least the greedy owners of the team have kept some traditions in place.

Ernie Hays only played the first few notes of the anthem...the crowd sung it throughout. Beautifully done, Cards fans!!
