The spacers were on the bike when I bought it. They are the kind that looks like a 4" thick steel washer painted black. I am not sure of the brand. You can pick them up on ebay cheap.
they are prob durablue but if i were you i would take them off they screw ur whole bearings up and carrier inspecially if you jump it a lot it puts so much stress on them in the end u end up spending more money then a axle would cost...personally experience
It's hard to say since I bought the quad that way, but I had a Raptor 660 before with just a slip on, and there was a huge difference between the two. The Looney tuned had way more torque.
Pure Sports Realtors. Not sure if they make them anymore. Cool tires but very heavy

It has spacers, +2 on each end, so +4 inches overall.
